Police ask for public's help in Calgary ATM robbery

Police are asking for the public's help after a man was robbed while taking money out of a Calgary ATM.

Police are asking for the public’s help after a man was robbed while taking money out of a Calgary ATM.

Investigators say the man was targetted around 5:30 p.m. MT Wednesday in the vestibule at ATB Financial, located at 3630 Brentwood Road N.W.

The suspect allegedly approached the victim and demanded money.  A struggle ensued and the victim sustained minor injuries.

The suspect is between 33 to 41-years-old, has a dark complexion and is about 5’9" tall with a medium build.

He was seen wearing a black baseball cap, three-quarter length, black raincoat, black pants and black shoes.

Anyone with information is asked to call Crimestoppers.
